Design principles
The Studio is built on five opinions. Every product decision flows from these.
1. Direction is the human’s job. Labor is the machine’s.

2. One brief, one bill, one Studio.
Section titled “2. One brief, one bill, one Studio.”A creator never picks a model, manages a subscription, or stitches a workflow.
3. Memory compounds. Models commoditize.
Section titled “3. Memory compounds. Models commoditize.”Your Graph is the long-term asset. Individual models are plumbing.
4. Stories, not clips.
Section titled “4. Stories, not clips.”Every render has narrative intent, built on the Memory Graph. Short-form is storytelling — a 30-second Reel with a hook, tension, and payoff is a story. Raw 5-second clips with no structure are not what we ship.
5. Invisible by default. Exposed when you want it.
Section titled “5. Invisible by default. Exposed when you want it.”Scene editor, model overrides, shot-level controls — all available, all hidden until asked for.
